Shipping & Delivery

CUSTOMER NOTICE: Due to the ever increasing cost of postage, we have been left with no option other than to increase our own charges.  We apologise for this, but sadly we are unable to keep up with the larger companies offering free or subsidised shipping.  We thank you for your understanding.

All orders are shipped via the method selected at the Checkout stage.

Unless we have get in contact to notify otherwise, or unless previously agreed, all goods will be dispatched with 14 working days.

To comply with card issuers recommended security procedures we will always ship to the address where the relevant payment card is registered. If you provide an alternative shipping address that does not match your billing address we reserve the right to hold dispatch until we can confirm your details are correct.

Privacy & Security
Your Privacy and security is of the upmost importance to us and our checkout process is fully secured via PayPal. We do not store any credit card information and all such information is handled securely and soley via our PayPal checkout.
We do not share any information with third parties and all details in your account remain confidential. 
Returns & Replacements

 

In adhering to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 CCGX recognises a consumer’s right to return any products (except custom orders) ordered by mail / phone or internet from CCGX Ltd within seven working days for a full refund

Please contact us if you would like to return any unwanted or unsuitable products. We will provide an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer, providing they are returned unused and in re-saleable condition with all the original packaging within 30 days. If you opt for a refund there will be a small restocking fee.

 Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs. 

Ordering
 
Once you have completed your order and payment has been confirmed, we will get in touch via phone or email to notify you of your order's status. While we endeavour to keep as many of the items listed on our website in stock at all times, we occasionally have short periods of time where certain items may be out of stock. If any of the items on your order are out of stock we will get in touch to notify you as soon as possible. Please check item specifications for any details suggesting an item is a made to order product, or not a typical stock item. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
 
All of us at Charlie Chandler's Guitar Experience ltd do our upmost to make sure all content (including prices, descriptions and promotions) are accurate and up to date. There may be occasion where some information may be incorrect and in such event we reserve the right to refuse any order. In the case that we refuse an order, we will refund in full.
Examples of why we may choose to refuse an order are as follows:
- We can not verify payment security details or we suspect fraud
- If there have been errors/issues in any of the product(s) description, including pricing
- If the product(s) are no longer available
Tax
 

Tax Free Shopping - Customers ordering from outside the EU are able to purchase goods free of tax. We are able to send anything from a control knob to a complete guitar virtually anywhere in the world. We ship our worldwide orders using Royal Mail or a ‘trackable’ courier service to offer a rapid, secure service, and simply charge you what it costs before we send it. Delivery times vary depending on destination but most orders arrive within ten days.

All prices on our website are shown inclusive of Value Added Tax at 20%. Please note that all credit cards will be charged in Sterling and this will be converted by your credit card provider.

NB We sell a number of items on a commission basis and these will not bear VAT on the entire sale amount.
